All five properties have air-conditioned bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes and outdoor dining areas. Monte Borboleta is fully self-catering; there are two supermarkets within a six-minute drive.
The pool and the gorgeous garden, sustainably planted with a variety of cactus and small trees, provide spectacular panoramic views of some 30kms of Algarve coast stretching from Faro in the east to Vilamoura in the west. Romantic and magical, this is a place to relax and unwind. Monte Borboleta translates as Hill of Butterflies.
When you are ready to venture out, this area of the Algarve - just 20 minutes from the airport - is rich in cosmopolitan dining options, culture, leisure and sporting opportunities. The variety and quality of the beaches is famed, the lesser-known mountains have walking trails and stunning scenic drives.
